It strikes me as strange how Hi...Well said Melissa,<br />It strikes me as strange how Hitler is so often referred to simply as an evil, yet empty vessel. He was certainly evil, but by stripping away the other 'talents' that he had, it leaves us unable to explain his phenomenon effectively or convincingly. In our rush to (rightly) condemn Hitler as a fanatic murderer, we forget what a genius he was in harnessing the power of public opinion and his public image. He knew exactly what he was doing - which is why we always need to look at our leaders as our employees instead of as gods.
